Connie earned her Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate and Insurance from the University of Southern Mississippi in 1986. Upon graduation, she obtained her broker’s license and began her career in a family-owned brokerage alongside her father, where she developed a strong foundation built on dedication, integrity, and hard work. She is an active member of the Biloxi/Ocean Springs Board of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors, maintaining professional standards while staying current with industry practices.

Our property management company, Merit Management, LLC, manages single-family homes in Jackson County and three commercial properties. Our Services include tenant screening, property leasing, property maintenance, and monthly reporting to owners, which includes full accounting reports and funds disbursement.
